Web Development:
Once we have established the overall structure and flow of your site, we will be in a position to supply you with an exact costing of the website development project. Below is an estimation to assist you with cost planning.

View your website as an ongoing project that will grow and change with your company. Therefore we plan and develop big websites in stages to ensure a solid foundation that we can expand upon as each phase proves successful.

Hosting:
Unless we developed the website the size and requirements of your site will determine your hosting cost. We offer
unlimited hosting to the websites we develop to accommodate all websites.

Hosting pricing for developed sites:
Included in this is up to 20 mail addresses, disk space as is needed by the site and graphics, MYSQL or MSSQL
databases as is needed by the site, up to 2GB bandwidth inclusive (overages charged at 50c per MB).

• Hosting Setup Fee: R150 - once-off
• Hosting Rental Fee: R150 per month

All other hosting (sites we did not develop) will be hosted after a requirement calculation is submitted to enable us to quote hosting fees.

Technical and development Support:
For (after development) development support and website changes or adding new web pages (standard according to original design), we have a service level agreement (SLA) system in place.

• Standard SLA of 6 hours per month R1800.00 (R300.00 per hour)
• Less than 6 hours per month is quoted at R350.00 per hour
• SLA overcharge or no SLA agreement, changes and updates charged at R350.00 per hour
